I've been waking up consistently at exactly 18 minutes before my alarm is scheduled to go off the past few days. It's very weird and annoying. But at the same time, I know in 18 minutes I'm not going to fall back asleep and get any meaningful rest. So I've changed my habit of staying in bed absolutely until the alarm goes off to just getting up when I wake up (assuming I have less than 30-45 minutes to get more sleep). That really sums about just about how boring my life really is...
Before anyone asks, I have a meeting today; I don't dress like this for work being that I work from home.
